Who told you that you had to replace your hard drive because of a virus, wasn't a man at PC World was it?
Why on earth not just format your hard drive and do a clean install.0 -
I got charged £100 for the pleasure. The laptop wouldn't boot/turn on and as I homework was pretty desperate to get things working. It took it to my local PC hospital, and as you can tell I am not technically minded, what they told me I believed.
