Not so keen on that one. Would be great if you could ask your friend if she can try to recreate the other ones - thank you :)

Will definitely be ordering a couple of other things from you for friends for Christmas too.

ok shall I give you a quote before I commit to them being made? I'm not sure how much the glass will cost see.

Aw....it's awful when little ones feel poorly. But the cuddles are lovely I remember.

Claire - hope they can get your order sorted.

At work now and DD1 is home from uni for the weekend and she's asked for green Thai curry for supper. I'm out tonight and tomorrow night, but hope to get the house tidy and cleaned tomorrow as I've got to be up and out by 10am, dropping DD1 at her dad's so no lolling in bed :(

Have a great weekend Wannabe....have fun and don't make yourself sick on the rides.

    Afternoon all

Why is being a parent so flipping hard! I just want to do the best for b, help her at school and be someone and achieve things she is proud of in her life. I never was encouraged at school and I just wandered along and really lacked motivation, this has pretty much been me since leaving school. I went to parent consultation last night and whilst her teacher said she had settled amazingly well and her reading was outstanding her writing and some areas of numeracy really needed some work. I know she's always struggled writing but apparently she's point blank refused to do it at school on some days. The main reason is that she is a perfectionist and because she's not good at it, she won't try because its not as good as she wants. Today I was at school and 3 pupils from her class came in to show the year 2 teacher their work....it was amazing, handwriting so neat and the spelling and imaginative stories they had written were so descriptive...Now ive come home thinking she is sooo behind her peers.

okay rant over just needed to get that off my chest and have no-one else to talk to about it really
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...

Sally, what about getting B a special 'practise' note book for home, so that it doesn't matter what the writing is like, cos it's only practise?
