With due respect, in your policy/breakdown cover pack it would have stated in the terms and conditions that your cover would be renewed by the means it was started, either by Direct Debit or in your case Credit card and if you do not wish for that to happen, to contact them 30 days before the cover is due to cease/be up for renewal.
I have been with the AA before and know only to well that this clause is in there terms and conditions, therefore you are at fault not reading your small print.0
