Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" CODE " Then " 0000 "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press Tuning Up Button " ^ " To Enter

Only just heard the last bit but it seems that Nissan are recalling all micras for the fault with the timing chain - Ive just paid £400 plus to have mine repaired last week - Didnt go to a main dealer so dont know if I will get anything back. a bit annoyed to say the least.

can anyone help please, ive just received my nissan note (57) reg the garage must have disconnected the battery and now the radio is asking for a code, anyone got a free radio code at all?

my battery was disconnected last week and the radio just came up saying 'code'. for some days i drove around like this, thinking, i really must put in the code (i had it in the book)

yesterday i drive the car and the radio came on, all by itself????

today i had to have the battery changed and i put the code in anyway, but i wonder if it would have come on again on its own.
