    Sorry to hear about your laptop. As usually Google is not as helpful as normal when it comes to searching for reapir guides. Anyway you may want to ask in another forum that is just laptops laptops laptops, they post every second, well near enough. Its forum.notebookreview.com.

    instaed of trying to fix the power jack try to get a docking station as this has a power jack on it that will bypass your original one,a bit more wait to carry around but will save the expense on getting it fixed time and time again
