Sorry, can't remember the target figure.
GL24's are not stocked by my local jobcentre, 'customers' are advised to ring for them, further delaying the process.0 -
Jobcentres have always had such targets. They are targetted on disfavourable decisions. There is nothing wrong with this, because the authority making the decision is distinct and separate from the job centre and bound by one overarching authority. That of the law.
If, as a result of this targetting, sanctions have increased then it is due to one of two reasons:
1. More 'offences' are now sanctionable. Previously FTAs were not.
2. More 'offences' are being appropriately referred.0 -
The target is around 6% of the register so not high, this target has always been there.0
