i bought a san francisco from orange online pay as you go. teh phone isn't allowing any calls or internet use. the icon for signal is saying 'no service'. I can't find anything in the literature to say i should be doing anything to activate my service. it could be something really simple as i am not great with technology. can anyone advise?

Call Orange. They might be waiting to hear that the phone has arrived safely and not been stolen in transit before activating it.There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

Well we already know it's not working. So call them from a landline...No free lunch, and no free laptop

You'll have to call them from another mobile or landline. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
