Not the nicest of jobs but it comes off quite easily with a pumice stone, you can easily buy them for under a quid.
I have that same big streak down the back of my pan and I usually have to do this about one every six weeks, as it just keeps coming back.
Just keep it seperate from the one you do your feet with!
YDSMI wish I would take my own advice!0 -

Dilute some descaler into your cistern now and then, it'll keep the limescale at bay that way,
but be careful to ensure you dilute it down, if in doubt, make it weaker rather than stronger!
As and aside i bought home some industrial strength brick acid/ descaler from work (Not available in the shops, we use it to clean concrete mixer drums and descale catering urns). I needed to descale our kettle, put it in neat ( yeah i know ......) result, one extremely clean kettle, but after that it never worked .........˙ʇuıɹdllɐɯs ǝɥʇ pɐǝɹ sʎɐʍlɐ

I use an old school product called Vim
It's powder so you just shake it on, give it a wee min or so to work then scrub it off with a toilet brush.Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

Be careful about mixing products in the toilet bowl, and DON'T mix any type of bleach with the lime scale removers.
If you do you will die.0 -
