I have 47 points on my itsyourview account, and surprise surprise I haven't done a survey for them worth more than 1 point since Nov 08.
    My last surveys were
    20th feb 09 - 1 point
    12th jan 09 - 1 point
    28th nov 08 - 2 points
    7th nov 08 - 1 point
    3rd oct 08 - 2 points

and so on, bit annoying when you look at the same time a year previous...
    8th feb 08 - 3 points
    5th feb 08 - 3 points
    2nd feb 08 - 1 point
    15th jan 08 - 2 points
    4th jan 08 - 2 points
    14th dec 07 - 3 points

The surveys are definately coming less often, probably because there are so many others like yougov and hpol competing for clients.
Will definately be closing my account after I've got my £50, can't really be bothered with all this faffing about with surveys any more, it was ok when I had nothing to do but now I have an email folder with almost 400 surveys I haven't had time to complete (and nearly all of those will have expired anyway!)

I cant imagine the junk mail and sales calls you get if you fill in these surveys where you give addresses etc.

Most of them dont ask for contact details in surveys and those that do I personally would only give details if it's a survey site I trust, and know is signed up to one of the codes of conduct for market research firms (I think one of them is the MRS code of conduct).

I've only signed up to OpinionWorld, about 18 months ago. Haven't had much money off them, and quite often I get through 75% of the survey before they tell me I don't qualify. But I've given enough answers that will be VERY useful to the researcher. I have stopped doing them now and will join other sites. Is there a main thread on survey sites??

I've received 2 or 3 payments from ItsYourView and don't think you have anything to worry about regarding receiving your payment. You don't need to claim the reward, it's sent automatically following month end.

Try logging in from the left hand menu. Failing that, clear your cookies, cache, history etc. I'm pretty certain that they're a legitimate company.

    Good luck
  • I've been doing Its Your View surveys for over a year now, and haven't got anywhere near a first payment. My big irritation is that a survey estimated at £1 or 5 minutes yesterday was still throwing up pages of questions 15 minutes in, and I'm a fast reader and typist. Like others, I often find I complete pages of questions only to be told I'm not suitable for this survey - and no recompense for time given.

Also a whole survey can crash right at the end, meaning you don't get paid and have wasted your time. Email to the team just brings a response that they're having technical problems.

Pulling out now would mean that I'd given them hours and hours of unpaid time, because one cannot be paid until one has done 50 hours questionnaire answering. Except that you've probably done way above that. What do others think?

In the past I've found ItsYourView pretty fair and have received two or three £50 payments from them over the past couple of years. I used to receive lots of surveys to do, for amounts between £2 to £6.

Recently however, have hardly received any surveys from them, apart from a couple of £1 surveys, one I was eligible for, the other not. I have noticed that Mutual Points seem to be regularly sending surveys which are from Vista ItsYour View. They are worth 75 mutual points, which is probably around 60p.

It's looking like this is what they seem to be doing more of, and sending fewer well paid surveys. My account currently stands at around £14 and not rising much.
