transferring to Santander??

Just come across some info re Nat West's Scotland branches and Royal Bank Scotland's Englands and Wales branches being .
automatically transferred to Santander after a branch buy out
Apparently customers can choose to stay where they are but have to contact Santander in next 12/18 months telling them this. Apparently Santander are not 'shouting' about this and Nat West are not permitted to say anything under the terms of the deal.
Does anyone know who/where you have to contact at Santander(with a tel no please)

Thanks for that. Have just spoken to mortgage lender (One Acct) which is part of Royal Bank Scotland and they tell me that it does not apply to One Account holders(phew!!) As my Nat West current account is with Nat West in England I am assuming I am safe there as well!
