Totally agree with your freegenie. I've never heard of them before either. I think this promotion has been very good in terms of raising people's awareness re this company. Well done to them.
I look forward to seeing how they will deal with the huge number of orders. It's a delicate issue. Depending on their actions, they may win - or lose - some potentially good customers. I'm sure they know that too.'Into every abyss I still bear the blessing of my affirmation' (Friedrich Nietzsche)0 -
I just hope I get the backpack I ordered.
I ordered it over the phone this morning, as it was advertised as £4.99 save £20.00 on the category listing, but £9.99 save £15.00 on the item listing...
And its the one thing I actually really wanted.
So I rang and got them to change the price as they couldn't change it on the net...
I checked this afternoon to see if I'd still get my order, and they said I'd still get it.
Very lovely customer service too, I'm glad I found them! Plus D/H gets a new backpack which he reeeeeeeeally needed, his old one's zip is busted and he tries to fix it every night after work, only for it to pop the next day!
I'm Australian, so had never heard of them before. Am really, really pleased0 -

Why are people so greedy.
By people ordering multiple items you are just messing it up for other people.
Sure exploit loopholes and get your freebie but dont take the Pi*s and prevent other people benifitting.0 -

My thoughts exactly.
Just like the freeview boxes last week. People were going mad and ordering loads of them, and suffice to say the offer ran out 5 mins before i called them. i really need a freeview box as well and would have just ordered the one. not get them sent to my neighbours/sisters/aunts/uncles/mum/dad/brother/cat/cat's best friend etc etc...0 -
No point complaining, it's human nature, nothing you can do.0
