Sometimes get a little annoyed with posters on threads like this.

There is a growing level of cynacism and assumption of guilt. This is neither helpful nor does it promote what this board is primarily about.

Look the OP went shopping and left stuff behind.

They made the initial mistake. Legally they have no leg to stand on.

Somebody correctly suggested that they raise the matter with CS .... and guess what.... Its all sorted !

Nobody was on the take, nobody was fiddling, there was no theft, the sale of goods act would be no help, no letters to Head Office..........

The store went over and above what they were required to do to keep the OP happy.

Mine used to give them out as a matter of course. I didn't realise they had changed the system until I used the kiosk and didn't get one. Now I have to remember to ask.

I don't smoke so only use the kiosk for food etc, so it's a !!!!!! when I forget to ask for the receipt.
