Goodbye HSBC, i shall now be banking with an institution that insists on "treating customers fairly"

    why?.. i'm thinking of moving away from HBOS who are just manure

    Barclaycard cc..£ 568 recieved.
    A&L loan..£1677 recieved..HBOS cc..£3500. HBOS.. loan £919.HBOS.cc charges. £1400 MPPI £21799 recieved

    Don't blame you debt55!

    My mum just closed her LTSB account after being with them for about 50 years (and about time too in my opinion)............think she's gone to Nationwide though, not Santander :p

    We have just been accepted for a Santander online a/c. Not only do they give you 5% interest on the first 2500.00 in your a/c but they will pay you 100.00 if you switch your current a/c to them.
    TBH I think that all banks deliver bad customer service so I go to the one that will benefit US financially!

    I agree with Dunstonh. we have waited 8 weeks for a bank card and pin number that actually work together. We have had to take passport to bank to get cash out.
    Latest pin arrived today......not holding out much hope!
