Complaint about Orange
Please can anyone help! My problem started in July when I tried topay my orange contract bill on an automated phone service, it said it was not authorised so knowing I had the money in my account I tried again, but once again it said unauthorised, I realised I was trying to pay using my husbands card (same account but wrong card) I was late for work so left it. Later that day I went on line to pay and found that my account was in credit (the payment had been taken twice that morning) I have rung and rung and rung (at least 10 calls now) all of which go through to call centre in India (they cant understand me and I certainly cant understand them) I was told to go through to Disconnections and they would help. Orange have admitted that there have been a number of errors on their part and have promised to refund one payment on several occassions, on the 11/9/06 I again called them, was promised I would receive a chq within 3-4 days, within hours it showed on my account that this had been given back to me, went on holiday, came back NO CHEQUE! Called yesterday went straight through to disconnection as before and asked for Billing dept, was told to "call customer services as we are not a switchboard", I pointed out that I had had an awful lot of trouble and noone in Disconnections had ever had a problem transfering me before, and as a matter of good customer service could he please put me through( I was very polite) he said no but he would disconnect me to which he told me that I owed them money to which I said they owed me and obviously this is why I needed to talk to Billing dept to which he totally refused, I asked for his name to which he refused as "I could say anything about him" . I am so sick of this I feel like giving up. I also have another 6 mths of my contract to go. PLEASE HELP!!

I've had issues with orange this year.
I wrote to them at the following address:-

Patchway
Bristol
BS32 4BQ
within 24 hours of them receiving my letter, I'd had phone calls from someone in that team and they were really helpful. They resolved the issues for me.
