Thank you all so much for your messages - it's only 'cos of the support of those such as yourselves that I've had the strength to keep on pursuing this to the bitter end and for that I'm truly grateful!

I sincerely hope Clare and Sue, that you won't have much longer to wait and that I will soon be joining you in celebrating your own victories over Norton.

Just 'cos mine is at an end doesn't mean I'll be uncrossing my fingers, legs etc for you guys.............all you can do is to keep on keeping on at them and show them you won't go away

Thanks Marshallka - yes it's been a hard slog and has cost a pretty penny in recorded postage costs etc, but overall has been 20 months well spent

All I have now is one PPI claim in the FOS system (with the dreaded Lloyds) and a couple of small credit card charges claims of OH's (in the early stages) as well as a big Swift secured loan charges claim.

Out of 24 reclaims submitted so far only two have been unsuccessful (one rejected by the FOS and the other a bank charges claim), so not bad going, even if I say so myself!

I certainly couldn't have done any of this without guidance from sites like this and people like yourself though

So you guys need to give yourselves a huge round of applause............thank you! :T:T:T
