    ukcps/ McCarthy/Wigan
    ukcps/Baines/Liverpool
    ukcps/Sidwell/Birmingham
    ukcps/Vaughan/Blackpool

    What say you doubters now?

Obviously all made up names and all of them Premiership footballers

    James McCarthy - Wigan
    Leighton Baines - Everton
    Steve Sidwell - Aston Villa
    David Vaughan - Blackpool

Yet another example of what utter bar-stewards UKCPS are (from CAG) :-

Hi all i was parked in b+q car park in liverpool in disabled bay had blue badge but he still gave ticket he said it was upside down?the car is registerd in my sons name he has recieved 3 letters so far from ukcps i have took the advice of the forum and ignored them so for just got a letter today from a company called court proceedings ltd from london.thay have ask me to settle at £95 pounds in seven days or thay will issue court proceedings with the car being in my sons name i dont want him to get issued with court papers.were do i go from here?should i pay or still ignore them? thanks

The use of the name "Court Proceedings Ltd" seems specifically designed to scare people into paying. Are you reading this Mobilise?

Do you really think the scum at Mobilise care ? As long as they are getting their rake off, which in this case will be some new members, they are happy.

I see that Peter (football teams) Haswell and his scam company are getting desperate. This is the letter he sent to a motorist over on CAG:-

We note you have been posting on the CAG forums as xxxx. If this charge remains unpaid we will resort to court action to recover the monies owing. Please note the forum advice you are taking has proved unwise for so many people. Please expect court papers around 20th November if you have no intention of paying. If you feel unable to pay the amount in full at once then we can arrange instalments.

As somebody on CAG has pointed out:-

If he is offering that you can pay by installments, then he needs a licence to offer credit facilities from the FSA. I hope he's got one or that's another big no-no he's getting into.

There are condition re the instalments for that requirement.
It may be four instalments and possibly a date issue. I would have to refer to confirm.

This is correct. Anything more then 4 then you have to have a credit license. I learnt this from QVC oddly enough as they can only offer a maximum of 4 easy payments.

    P.S I dont watch it - she does:p

My response would be "see you in court".

If it has proved unwise, then how come nobody's around to complain?

Not the greatest advice when you realise the poster from CAG was Carlos Teves the footballer :footie:

Eventually UKCPS will bring so many straw cases they will be declared Vexatious Litigants, and barred from bringing any further. Maybe thats there plan, in the autumn when the law changes they will be well stuffed and have to find some other way to legally mug innocent people, and they're going for broke before then.

Im just waiting for Hasbeen to make the mistake of taking me to court for the unpaid invoices, ill screw him to the court floor, and drag his clients into the action as well, He'll leave the court as with mud as his name.
