I heard that there is an iPhone 4gs coming out in the winter next year. Is that true????

It's usually June but was told by O2 there's a new one coming in jan/feb.

a newer iPhone historically has always been anounced at the developers conference in June each year.. however.. there has been rumours about a cdma iphone to work on other carriers in the US to be launched before then (no use to us here in the UK)0

Yeah, AT&T in the states works on CDMA which won't work over here even if you could unlock it.
