Thank you for talking the time to contact us about the E-centives Coupon Print Activator. Your feedback is important to us. If you are having issues downloading the Coupon Print Activator or printing coupons, it may be for one of the following reasons:

You do not have a supported browser or operating system. The Coupon Print Activator supports the following operating systems and browsers:
- Windows 2000 when used with any of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 6.x , 7.x and 8.x and Firefox 2.x and 3.x.
- Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 when used with Internet Explorer 6.x, 7.x and 8.x (64bit), Firefox 2.x and 3.x, Chrome 3.x and Safari 4.x.
- Mac OS X and above when used with any of the following browsers: Safari 2.x, 3.x or 4.x, Firefox 2.x and 3.x.
- Coupon printing is not supported under Linux or Unix platforms.


If you are using a supported browser and operating system, there are still a variety of other setting that may prevent you from downloading and/or using the Coupon Print Activator to print coupons. Some of these conditions are:
- You are on a networked computer that does not allow plug-in downloads.
- You are running Windows 2000, XP Professional or Vista, and you do not have administrative rights to your computer, or are not logged in as the administrator to your computer. If you have administration rights, please login as the administrator and follow the instructions for your particular browser and operating system.
- If you are running a firewall application on your computer such as Norton Personal Firewall or McAfee Personal Firewall, the installation may not work. Please check the user guide to learn how to temporarily allow for browser plug-in installations and provide permission for the Coupon Print Activator to communicate over the Internet .
- You have pop-up blocker on either your browser or separate security software that prevents you from seeing the browser pop-up to install the Coupon Print Activator plug-in.

If none of these reasons apply, please try installing the Coupon Print Activator again using the following steps:


Installation Steps for Internet Explorer 7+ for Windows Operating Systems XP, Vista and Windows 7:

1) Ensure your security and privacy settings are set at "Medium" or lower. At the top of your browser, please go to "Tools", then "Internet Options", then "Security". Your settings should be at "Medium" or lower.
2) Ensure that your browser has pop-up blocking turned off, and cookies are enabled.
3) After clicking the Print Coupons button, an installation instructions page will load with an option to "Begin Download"
(NOTE: You will need administrator rights on your computer to install and use the Coupon Print Activator.)
4) After clicking the "Begin Download" button, a dialog box will appear with the following options: "Run", "Save", and "Cancel" (on IE6, the options will see are "Open", "Save", "Cancel", and "More Info").
5) Select either "Run" or "Open" to start the Coupon Print Activator installation or you can click "Save" to save the file on your computer and start the installation by double clicking the file.
6) After choosing to run the file, a second dialog box will pop up to ask you if you want to run the software. Choose "Run" to complete installation of the Coupon Print Activator. (Please note: Vista or Window7 users may see another dialog to confirm the installation. Click "Continue" to finish the installation of the Coupon Print Activator.)
7) You will see and will need to "Agree" to the User License Agreement page after the Coupon Print Activator has been successfully installed print your coupons.
8) Once the User License Agreement has been accepted, your coupons will print automatically.

2) You will need to give permission to your web browser to run the Coupon Print Activator applet. Click the "Trust" button when it is displayed on the applet install page
3) Once installation is complete, you will be able to print your coupon.

Has anyone else had problems with their coupons not scanning in the supermarket? I printed mine off yesterday and the SA took about 5 minutes trying over and over again to scan it, in the end she had to send for a supervisor to come and manually input it as it just would not work.
Not that I'm complaining, a free candle is a free candle, worth a bit of a wait for!

My printed vouchers never tend to scan and I have found that Tesco take forever but Sainsburys are brilliant with them!! They just put them through the till as a 'non scan' coupon

Got mine today in Tesco. The checkout assistant wasn't sure about the voucher but she scanned it anyway and it went through fine )

i just got my 2 (if u hit the back button in your browser a few times after printing you car reprint different code every time too..... ) had probs scanning them in tescos but the CS woman manually put my coupons through for the full price of the candle £3 not £2.99..... well 2p is 2p!

just had my coupon refused by some miserable c*w in Tescos' 'we don't take internet coupons' she said, sighing heavily as I told her I didn't want the candle then. Nothing like customer service with a smile eh?

I've printed this out and tried htting the back button but the second one it printed out had the same barcode. Will it still scan? I'm new to coupons/vpuchers so will leave it if it needs to be a different barcode. TIA.

Got mine in Morrisons yesterday, they had to call the supervisor over while she asked loudly if this was an 'internet coupon' with everyone looking to see why the queue was being held up but was all confirmed as ok They did only have one candle left on the shelf though.
