I managed to print two vouchers took it into Morriosons they are almost £6 each so got two for xmas.

Checkout girl had to get authorisation for supervisor she went and came back she ummed are rr'd but in end let them through

Hi When i try to print my coupon i get as far as it saying the softwear has successfully downloaded onto my pc and the coupon will automatically print. Well it doesn t :mad:. There s nothing wrong with my printer.Is there any knowledgeable person who can tell me what could be wrong eg are my settings wrong. Im not that good on a pc unfortunatly. Thanks

I'm a bit confused!! Is there more than one size of candle? i managed to get two in Asda the other night - they were priced at £1.99 each. Are the £6 candles bigger?

theres 2 types i
1 is in a bowl type glass which is solid red colour @£2.99 (in tesco)
the other is in a square glass and it is white with red stripes in it which is normally £6 but half price at moment in tesco £3. ive had one of each! the voucher says any candle from the mulled wine range !

The one with stripes is called "Ribbons" and is actually excluded on the voucher. But if you got it free I guess you don't care :P

I got the ribboned one too its in a square glass it was around £5.99

After the problems I had two days ago, this is now happening to me too. Reading elsewhere I believe they are having issues with their website. I have been waiting for 15 minutes now for the coupon to print, screen tells me it's printing, oh no it's not. Lights on printer, plugs all in but no coupon:mad:

I'm going to wait for a day or so, and give it a final shot, having registered with them now about 9 times:(

Edited to add: coupon just printed after more than 15 minutes waiting, it says "sorry, you have exceeded your household limit" Arrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!

I got two ribbon candles today in Tesco, no problems at all.
one Soft Cashmere & Vanilla and one Gingerbread, both lovely!
