Tried again yesterday and went through this time, although says only allowed the mulled wine normal candle (specifically says on it not the ribbon one!) and went I went to co-op to try and get it they had none left. Says it's totally free though - have I got a different voucher??

Mine says 1 free candle (mullied wine not ribbon)...no mention of price. They were kind enough to send me a voucher as I couldn't print one off:T

Has anyone used any of these new vouchers today? I applied for 2 this morning, one for me and one for my mum (as she dont have a printer) using our correct details, printed them off but they both have the same numbers and barcode numbers on them? Im wondering if this is correct or as i done it on the same computer they know its the same ip address so wont let me have another one? can understand things like that but is a real reason, im not abusing there offer. any ideas? Thanks

Hi I tried to print voucher a couple of days ago, several times in fact on two different email accounts but no matter what I did could not get it to print. Tried again last night and hey presto printed no problem. Used the vouchers today at Asda and got two free candles, the striped ribbon ones. :j

I've found that if I use Sainsburys self scan till I have no problems, but I print my vouchers out on a laser printer at the office, so it may not be the case for everyone.

Hi am I being dense?? Have jsut signed up for the site and it says I can get a free candle with the voucher - but where do I find the voucher? No links or anything on the email I received.

Update - just foudn teh link (!) - but it says I need to download some l=plugins first - not keen on that - have you all done it?
