I also noticed that the terms and conditions said to inspect the goods; however the goods were left with a neighbor without my consent. I had a terrible experience with customer service and to cut a long story short, covered up the factory-fault on the cabinet at my own expense and washed my hands of this company. That's just my experience; If you intend to use them, good luck.0

I ordered all items to replace my ensuite 2 weeks ago, they took payment 3 times and were not able to give me a delivery date. Then on Monday got an email to say would be delivered next day, so took a day off work and nothing turned up. Spoke to customer services who were very appologetic, but that doesnt solve my problem. Have been promised it tomorrow on an AM delivery. So have taken a half day off work. Lets see what happens.0

My experience of Bella Bathrooms has been extremely positive. I ordered taps and a shower mixer for my bathroom at the end of December 2010. The goods arrived and were as described. The shower hose has just developed a leak and I 'phoned up, 16 months later, to request a replacement. Initially I was directed to the manufacturer but when they couldn't sort it out I 'phoned Bella Bathrooms back and spoke to a lovely lady called Barbara (definitely ask for her, she's very efficient!) and the next day a brand new replacement hose arrived free of charge.
I can't remember the last time I was dealt with so professionally and sympathetically. I had geared myself up for a dispute, non returned calls etc etc, all the usual poor service that seems commonplace nowadays and was delighted with the level of service I received. Can't recommend them highly enough0 -
I ordered six washbasin stands from this company and rang before making the order to make sure that they were holding stock and to confirm a delivery date. Once reassured I would receive the order within a couple of days I then made immediate payment and waiting for my order. The goods never arrived on the agreed day and so began the merry go round of numerous phone calls trying to chase up my order and continued broken promises on when they would arrive. Finally three weeks later they turned up only to find two of the units were slightly damaged. By this time I had lost the will to fight any longer, especially due to the poor communication and hours of making telephone calls just to hear the phone continually just ring with no answer. Would I use them again or recommend them? I think anyone can guess that answer.

I was slightly apprehensive before ordering with Bella, but luckily I got nothing but good service from start to finish. I bought an entire new suite. It arrived on the agreed date at the agreed time and was by far the cheapest I'd seen online so I was delighted! I shall definitely use them again.0

I can only speak from experience but Bella Bathrooms were very helpful and had good communications via email. I ordered a dozen items; some large. One was out of stock by the manufacturers but not Bella's fault; just delayed the consignment by 7 days. All arrived safely on a large pallet and it was checked and found to be OK. I had forgotten an item; not in their catalogue, but they sourced it from the manufacturers for me and it arrived a couple of days later. Excellent service, could not ask for more. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.0

I really enjoyed the service I got from Bella Bathrooms. Its fast and realiable and they never fail to impress me with their cheap prices. I use them time and time again when I'm working on bathrooms because I know I'm getting good quality gear from them. Customer services are excellent and placing an order over the phone with them is truly a doddle. even the delivery is affordable and they always seem happy to help if i worry. Genuinely a pleasure to do business with and so chuffed to bits that I found them.0

I've used them twice, and would never use them again. First time, an item which they said they had in stock took over 2 weeks to arrive. It was an item that cost over £400 and they didn't answer the phones or respond to emails.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again for a smaller value item and this one never showed up. I had to do a chargeback on my card in the end.0 -
Croydex Alaska Double White Bathroom Cabinet. This product was delivered to me last week (July 2012). The Bella Bathrooms terms and conditions force you to check the product on delivery and sign it is in good shape. If you sign that it is in good shape, no matter what fault the product has already or will develop without your contribution, you cannot return it back! Although I checked the product on delivery, I haven’t seen a crack in the board at the back of the cabinet, either because I haven’t checked thoroughly enough, or because the crack was not there. A few days after delivery my handyman came to install it but after careful consideration, decided not to fit it on the wall, because the product is extremely heavy (about 14 KG) and the walls would not support such a weight, especially with the frequent opening of the 2 massively heavy mirrored doors, in time. The company’s website by the way has no mentioning of how heavy the cabinet is, so you have no clue how heavy it is before it gets delivered to you.
Because of the cabinet weight we wanted to return the product back. However this is impossible, the company refuses, because we have signed on receipt that is has no issue. We have not even moved the cabinet from one room to another, so it couldn’t have been us who produced the crack: either the product had the crack before delivery, or the transportation produced the crack, or the crack happened since the delivery, without us touching the product ! Either way, this looks to us like a manufacturing issue, whose cost now WE have to support rather than the company.
The way the company force their customers to sign on delivery that the product has no fault it’s appalling and we can only see it as a bad company strategy to sell more and make dishonest money when they know that the quality of their products is not right.
On the company’s website for this product (and other products) the company MISINFORMS by saying: “In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchases we offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.” They offer a 7 days grace period if you change your mind, if the product has no fault. IF THE PRODUCT HAS A FAULT, the email you receive ONCE YOU PAID, tells you “All returned faulty goods are tested by the manufacturer, and if the item is NOT faulty the product value will be refunded minus the cost of the testing process.”. Which means that if the product IS faulty there are no terms and conditions that help you get your money back.
I recommend you do not buy this product or any other product with this company. Once you do, it seems impossible to get reimbursed if there is an issue with it.0 -
Be aware of buying any goods from Bella Bathrooms!!!
We recently purchased several items from Bella Bathrooms, on delivery the driver wheels the crate onto the driveway demanding a signature on the delivery note, which I did. I then checked all the items to discover a really bad crack down the sink unit. I ran to the lorry to tell the driver who looked at the item, he then got on the phone, I presumed he was ringing Bella Bathrooms, but it turned out to be the delivery firm. He told me to contact Bella Bathrooms direct and tell them and they would arrange a collection of the faulty cabinet. We emailed Bella bathrooms and told them that of of the items was faulty.
They have adopted the attitude that due to not actually signing the delivery note that the item was damaged then this breaches their terms and conditions, even when they were told at the time.... how bad is that. The damage was so extensive that they should have known but sent it anyway, probably in the hope that the terms and conditions are breached.
We have tried to contact them but guess what, they were in meetings all day long..... still awaiting a response.0
