VM telephony is the most expensive in the UK.
And once you are cabled with VM and your BT line is disconnected, the only way out ito another ISP s to pay £130 for reconnection.
Bundled packages are not necesarily the best, there is no connection between a TV service and a phone/broadband service, so consider the alternatives for broadband-what are your LLU options?

Hi ive been with both sky and vm,weve still got the sky box on freeveiw upstairs and am still with vm after 5years we havnt had any probs with any of vms services, sky on the other hand weve had so many probs in the last couple of years, anyway vm is so much better and cheaper you dont have to have all 3 services you pick n choose what you want and it gets cheaper each year, hope this helps :D

You have the FTA channels not freeview

OP it depends what services you wish to use and whether both can provide them. e.g. the channel line up is not the same on both
  • Having been with both, I think I slightly prefer Virgin as they've always offered us a good package and I like the way you can record 2 programs while watching a 3rd on the V+. I never had any problems with Sky, but I did with BT and was glad I switched to Virgin. Also, I find Virgin's broadband much faster.
