can my service provider still charge me for my contract even if i dont have a mobile
well i bought my wife an i phone 3gs in june and did not get asked for insurance on it and on weds last week it was stolen in her local tescos so have reported it to the police and 3 have barred it for me but now expect me to continue paying for the contract even though i cannot get another i phone or they wont replace it so im well peeved and dont know what to do as my wife would really like another i phone so advice needed

It's a contract, they still are providing you with a service whether you are using it or not.

Have you asked them to supply you with a replacement sim - even if they won't give you an actual phone. Then you can at least use the minutes and texts that you are paying for in an old phone - or buy a cheap or second hand phone somewhere.
They may charge for this - but not as much as a replacement i-phone!0 -
All you need to do is get a replacement sim from Three and buy another phone to use it in.0
