All those ideas have made me hungry - they all sound yum!
Can I just ask, do you all eat supper? How do you do it without growing to the size of a house???0 -
We on rare occasions have a late dinner but we never have a regular meal that late in the evening... I don't think you're supposed to eat too close to bed time :dunno: something about a couple of hours before bed time at least as you need to finish digesting your food before bed time as when you lie down you don't digest your food properly (in fact the best position for digesting your food is standing up) - although saying that reading what you all have for supper IS making me hungry heheDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Ooh, you must have been eating Stilton. This is interesting reading http://www.britishcheese.com/news.cfm?page_id=240 I think I'm going to start swapping the Cheshire for British Brie!
So it seems you don't need to avoid cheese in supper.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0 -
Don't eat bananas! Apparently the potassium rush (or summink, I wasn't paying that much attention
) can give you nightmares if you eat one too close to bedtime Comps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%
