I had this e-mail but can't attend.

Good news!

You'll remember entering a competition on the ClashMusic website to attend
the launch event for the new Nike Running Covent Garden store and win a
pair of Clash customised Nike trainers?

Well you've won!

You can collect your trainers and apparel at the event on Wednesday 13th
October at the new Nike Running Covent Garden store. You will arrive at
the store at 6pm, get changed into your new gear and go for an iconic
music inspired run round some of London’s finest musical landmarks and
historic talking points, before returning to the store for post run
refreshments and musical performances from one or two of Clash’s top
tipped artists in a unique and intimate setting.

To claim your prize please confirm your attendance by 1pm on Monday 11th
October by RSVP-ing to this email. Final details and timings for the event
will then be sent out

Clash have agreed I can send a friend in my place if they can let me know quickly. PM me if you're able to guarantee attendance.

Afternoon!

You'll remember entering a competition on the ClashMusic website to attend the launch event for the new Nike Running Covent Garden store and win a pair of Clash customised Nike trainers, before heading out on a short run round some of London’s coolest musical landmarks.

Well, first up we'd like all you runners to reply, clearly marking your e-mail “I’D LIKE TO RUN” the first erm, lucky 13 will be invited down to enjoy a run around some of London's iconic music spots and be awarded with the custom created Nike trainers and some apparel. Please include in your reply your running gear sizes for tops, shorts and shoes.

You couch surfers needn't feel left out though. Hit that reply button and the first 30 will be invited to the event part of the evening at Nike's new Running store for some free drinks and refreshments, and musical performances from hot new urban star Rox, who you can check out on the links below. Clash DJs will also perform on the night.

The event takes place at 6pm on Wednesday 13th October at the amazing new Nike Running Covent Garden store. You will be able to check out the new store, iD your own trainers in the style of Clash’s or your own style, and talk to Nike staff about the inspiration behind the place, as well enjoying some complimentary refreshments.
