Athena ANPR Ltd Had to visit my Opticians at New Kirkgate Leith Edinburgh 1st October. No problem Using my Blue Card, Parked in disabled Parking Bay. To Optician's required to have drops put in my eye's in order to dilate the Pupils. Advised not to drive for approximately 1 Hour. Returned to the car and waited for my eyes…

They can make up any rules they want but some could be unlawful, and often are, as with this OP. And it doesn't matter because PPC tickets can be ignored anyway.
