Excellent news :T:j, I had a largish order last year on one of the pre Xmas glitches and had a leaked item, I was totally honest with them and told them that one item had leaked all items were damaged by the leakage, 2 of which could not really be cleaned up enough to give as gifts (one was a reed diffuser set) but the rest I could just rinse the bottles clean, however they still insisted on replacing the whole order, so I managed to benefit from a reed diffuser for me and double the order. I guess you hear a lot about bad customer service but its nice to hear a good story from time to time too!0 -

Mine came via Royal mail, but it was just a lip pencil and the freebie lip cream so quite a small parcel. Did not have to sign for them.0
