Has anyone ever seen BS do an offer on haircare, as they seem to be mainly on shower gels or make-up. Just that I'd like to try a couple of their shampoos and conditioners....

They had a haircare offer not long after the new rainforest range shampoos came out BOGOHP it was. I tried them and didn't keep using them as although they smelled lovely there wasnt much lather and it didnt make my hair shiny as my usual shampoo. Apparently its something to do with their more natural ingredients and they dont have silicpme in them, which is what makes your hair shiny in most shampoos. Some reviewers have said it's great though so I suppose you just need to try and see if they suit you. Not sure what the older range are like - I bought them on offer this time last year for my mum so surely they'd be due another discount soon. You could always order the little 60ml bottles to try using 30% code as it's working on these sizes too,

Hi, thanks Cheapchick, it's actually a couple of the older ones - the ginger anti-dandruff one and the guarana berry volumising ones, as the reviews seem to be good. I only use naturaly products anyway so that's fine but as the reviews on these seem good, I thought they might be worth a go. I need to order some tweezers as I seem to have lost mine, so I might see if they can include some samples with my order, as the older shampoos/conditioners don't seem to come in the small 60ml bottles (unless I am missing them somewhere).

Just checked my order history and it was November last year the had an offer on the older shampoos (was the honey one at the time). £5.35 per bottle but £8.75 for two so not really that great a saving. You're right they dont seem to come in smaller sizes - you could always ask if there's a promotion due on them but probably now is as good a time as any to try them while there's 30% code as it'll make your £4 bottle £2.80.

Just received my order, didnt contain lip shine! But phoned and they are sending it out!!:D

recieved my order today with the eyeliner id ordered oos,but with the lip shine included
ive been onto my account and its showing 0. willi be charged for it do you think?

just received my order for the 4 shower gels + peppermint leg cooling gel, all packed in a jiffy bag and all leaked!!!

Make sure you ring and let them know, salvage what you can as they will tell you to keep these and send you a whole new order. :T Their customer service for these sort of things is very good from my experience.

Thanks, yes they have replaced everything!!!
