With a little know how you can extract frames from the video and save as a picture but often quality is not good.
Next time use gloss instead of emulsion :rotfl: I find it amusing that someone is obviously painting over the signs so they can park there free. Perhaps the council thought they'd try teach whoever it was a lesson and you weren't the only one towed?0 -
