I am currently using https://www.penaltycharges.co.uk The main guy Stephen is/has took all his money from the bank and will do letters for you that relate to your cause if you ask him nicely. You have to go to forum and register from the mian page but I promise you it is worth it. The mods over there are very helpful and the site is packed with people winning ALL their money back, there are some that have 5-7 different claims and taking back thousands with the help of these guys running the forum.
