    Distance selling regs do not apply, as this is not a new contract.
    You agreed a new 12m contract, which they will hold you to.

    Hi everyone,

    Just thought I would pop back armed with some facts which can hopefully help others out.

    1) If you ONLY add new channels after your 12months is up then you only go onto a 30 day rolling contract

    2) If you add HD/multiroom then you WILL be entered into a new 12 month contrach

    3) Even after adding a service (i.e HD or multiroom) then you CAN get out of the contract within 10 days (im sure they said 10 days but may have been less)

    So I have been able to cancel the offer that we were given as I was perfectly within my rights to do so.
