    Have to fully agree with Fedz and perhaps there is more behind it than meets the eye ?. What staff would risk there job reactivating a card that had been stopped by security even if they could do it which sounds highly unlikely anyway.

    True. Post Title says 'bank account frozen', post says cards been stopped & or not accepted plus online banking say 'a problem with security'.

    They then post erroneously to the bankrupt forum but, isn't bankrupt or going through bankruptcy :rotfl:

    Past resent posts talk about been sacked & delayed wages but, a payday loan is due, I suspect theirs problems with how the account's been run hence the situation now.

    Sometimes accounts are run fine, but the card itself is damaged.

    This happened to my OH last week, the cashier said the account was fine and nothing wrong with the card or pin. No idea why, in the end she ordered a new card.
