Bank account frozen?

Hello
Im not sure if this is the correct place for this thread so forgive me if it is.
Anyway I have funds, and i have just been paid from work in my HSBC account.
However i cannot log on to online banking, i get an error reference number and a number to phone. I phoned that number and they said could be a problem with security and i have to go in branch. I went in branch and they couldnt see anything wrong with my account.
When i try to withdraw from an ATM i get the message "Invalid bank account" or "Your bank has not authorised this transaction" depending on which ATM i use.
The HSBC customer service line employees are !!!!!!, and after countless calls cannot seem to help me.
Could someone point me in the right direction and give me some advice as i am absolutely clueless. Im not too fussed about the online banking, I just need my card to work so i can withdraw money as i need to pay rent etc.
All help is appreciated
Thank you

Try withdraw money out over the counter OR use telephone banking to transfer money to where you can access it.
If & when you do get a large enough money & report the card as lost, get a new one within 5 - 7 days.
Sort online banking out later.
Did'nt HSBC Customer Services say anything was flagged on your account & did they say everything is normal?Proudly Banking & Saving With:

Well they told me that I failed security and I need to go in branch.
I went in branch and told them that and they said that they could see nothing wrong with my account. They reset security with me, but I still cannot withrdaw/access online banking.
This is really annoying as i have to pay my rent etc. Ive only got like £85 in my account atm, but I am getting paid on Tuesday and will need the funds.
Any advice you could give me?
Does anyone know anyone that works for HSBC that could just reactivate my card? lol0 -
Sorry buddy but, nobody would dare do that from within HSBC.
You said 'failed security' how long have you had the account? Also go in to branch with the correct ID eg: passport/driving licence & also a utility bill.
Take the reference number you saw on screen & if frontline staff can't help for some unknown reason ask to speak to a supervisor or manager as this is urgent.Proudly Banking & Saving With:

No i am not bankrupt.

Im gonna call them again tomorrow morning and see if they can sort it out over the phone.
Ive had the account for a good 2 and a half to 3 years now. Never any issues. This is my first issue0 -

If it really is that important, like most of us, you would be prepared to wait and put up with the annoying people when it is of any significance.0 -
