  • In that case you can take her to the small claims court to get your money back, you only need reasonable proof. Find and print all the correspondence (finding that receipt would strengthen your case).

    It's even better if she's told you in writing that there was a theft but this didn't happen, shows them to be dishonest.

    Thanks very much, I will give her a week to show the relevant letters "IF" there has been a theft. If this isn't received I shall follow your advice. Many thanks for your help.
