I did do this and it downloaded in a zip file to my Desk top but it will not install, am I doing something wrong, I also tried this while talking to the TT man but it still didn't work.

if that doesn't work, right click on the zip file and extract, then try the install, and post what happens!!

Indeed you have to 'extract' the contents of the file.
I think XP has a built in utility for extracting .zip files.
If not, download and install 7-ZIP. Once installed, you can 'right click' on the downloaded LANExpress file and choose; Extract Here'.
Once completed, the Driver file or folder will be visible for you to 'double click' on.0 -
Thanks for all your posts, it still won't install so I have Uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it twice but it still has the yellow ! mark,
When I right click it a box pops up and it say's "device cannot start [code 10].
So now I have had words with TTs superviser and told her all what the bloke did and as they have not resolved the problem I will call someone out and send them the bill etc.
she said she is sending another engeneer from the Qube [thats where the first one came from ] and they must not leave until they have fixed it, I think I had better make the spare bed up.
