I have a fair bit to do, house is a mess and need to pop up high street later and got letters to write but will just do what I can or go 'steady eddy' as If would say

don't punish yourself over WW, you will soon shift that again. Its disheartening I know but you have still lost LOADS, you can do it .

Can you get my shopping when you're at Tescos? :Dplease! Im trying to just use up all odds and sods as Mon is payday so have to leave the big shop until then. Pasta and sauce with feta cheese tonight, oh and I picked up some delicious 'Gu' brownies yesterday reduced from £2.99 to 40p!!!!! What a bargain (not good for the diet though :eek:) xx

i get paid monday too, so just a little shop to tide us over! ooh GU...we used to get them all the time...they are like heaven...enjoy xx
