it seems like the snow has got to the rest of the country today! we've only got a sprinkling thankfully...everyone take care if you're on the road today xxx

karen - lovely to see you back! i bet you can't wait for the little one now....xx
  • ok, I have decided that I am never going to be any good at this tiling malarky...thought I was getting a bargain in B & Q, got all the tiles and stuff for less than £20 to tile round the bath for my new shower mixer thingy, but crikey its fiddly, and there is a big lump in the wall....arrgghhh!!!

still, on the plus side, I'm not going to work tonight, so I can get the grouting finished this evening!!

  • well, my tiles have stayed on the wall, and they now have lots of grout all in between - what a boring task that was - thank goodness for the radio!! for my first job its not too bad...not professional, but I'm fairly happy. There is a bump in the wall, which, try as I might I could not do anything with, but aside from that, the tiles are straight and I have even done the sealant around the edges!!
