If you have solid evidence that their evidence was faked you still need to establish intention to pursue them under the Fraud Act.

I am rapidly reaching the conclusion that because RoadChef knew that the cameras were faulty however CP Plus continued to send out threatening letters regardless of this knowledge.
Today I got a faceless letter with no signature from a PO BOX number stating "after reviewing our data" - "we have decided to cancel this Notice and no further action is to be taken"
However, working in the media, I am now appealing to anyone who has any similar experiences. The British Parking Association to which CP Plus proudly boast that they belong to are a seemingly waste of time too.
As I mentioned before, why is it so easy to bully and send out false information to gain monies yet seemingly so difficult to get any compensation or at least make CP Plus suffer?
My only option is to spectacularly rubbish them in the national media and make more people aware of them.0 -
While you're are at it you could also mention that people should not be fooled into thinking the BPA is some sort of official regulatory authority. As you know it's just a cosy trade association for the parking "industry", and seems indifferent to the many wrongs heaped on motorists by its members. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

OP, it is not a 'ticket' merely a invoice to which has no place in law and cannot be enforced by any means.
Simply ignore any letters you receive and in the end, they'll get fed up and start on their next victim!0
