T-mobile Iphone on Flext Tariff
Hi I am soon coming to upgrade with T-mobile. I am currently on a Flext Tariff and I really want to keep this. I have been informed by a T-mobile representative via e-mail that it is possible to retain a Flext Tariff whilst upgrading to an iphone. However I went into a T-mobile shop today to be informed that this is not possible and I would have to move to one of the iphone price plans.
As I am getting conflicting information is anyone able to confirm what is correct? Also has anyone managed to upgrade to an iphone with a Flext Tariff?
