Notice the inside pin is really thin and what fits your pic, other coaxils are thicker usually seem more oftern now.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
If indeed it is a F connector and not a standard Belling lee coax socket as used by TV aerials, chances are its either for cable TVsystem or its a satellite feed.
OP how do you connect your TV aerial at the moment? That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
If it has a screw thread on the outside, it's an F connector, if not, it's a standard Co-axial. I can't tell from the photo.
F connector suggests a satellite or cable feed, neither of which will be compatible with a standard freeview box
If it's a co-axial, that suggests a standard aerial feed, or one from an aerial distribution system, which would be compatible.
Have you stayed there a while, have you used any TV, video or DVD recorders in the house prior to buying this Freeview box? If so, how did you connect them up?0 -

I used to have a sky box but it's too expensive (I hardly watch any channels on it)
So decided I wanted a freeview box. Other than that box, i don't have an aerial downstairs, it goes to a bedroom upstairs.
So what else can i do?0 -
You could post the make/model of whatever you bought in this thread .
Maybe get a freesat box -just plug in in place of the sky box
