Hey guys,
here is a bit of news for you, pending the judicial review of the new fsa rules due to come into force on 1st december lloyds will not process any new ppi complaints at all.
i'm pretty sure this is wrong as following the announcment by the british banking association requesting the review fsa and fos both said they said that the banks should continue with complaints as normal.

I understand Lloyds have had to deal with a work overload, and assume they still have these to deal with, that were already with them before the timescale given to them to stop? The one and only "Dizzy Di"

i had both lloyds claims settled in 3 weeks
they have been the best i dealt with
RBS and HSBC are far and away the worst for timescales imo0 -
need to speak to my friend to confirm that when she gets home but from what she told me this morning they will deal with those currently in their backlog (and she said the other day that they have quite a few)I understand Lloyds have had to deal with a work overload, and assume they still have these to deal with, that were already with them before the timescale given to them to stop?0
