I have just combined mine with another order and the terms on the acknowledgement email are not on my NEW delivery confirmation email. Could I argue that this confirms Im getting it?

Buying to sell on Ebay is for losers. If you want to buy to sell, go to your bank and ask about setting up a business properly - then buy wholesale to sell on and make even more money. Get yourself a good business name, register/trademark it, and get a buisness mission policy statement and build a good business with customer service. You will then have the edge over every single amazon third party seller, and all the ebay sellers. You will command higher prices and will not have the overheads of the Ebay fees and final valuation fees.

Steady on anewman, only bought the one! Take two tablets and calm down, if I can make £20-30 its fine by me. Surley the tittle of the forum 'Quick grab it while you can' is what i have done, doing it your way will take weeks!!!

All you will have to pay then is accountants fees, company house registration fees, trademark registration fees, corporation tax, income tax etc.

Not sure what to do?, I can get a refurbished 30gb from Apple for only £129, that seems a better deal than an 8gb to me.
