Disgruntled calor customer (lpg)

Hi I have been with calor for about 5 years now and up until last week was a happy customer. Received a letter last week saying I was £850 in debt and that they were increasing my payments as I was apparantly paying too little each month plus they expected me to pay off the debt in full. I looked at my previous statments which are really unclear and noticed that last October my annual account review wasnt done!! I have since written to them and they have admitted in writing that they didnt do my review but didnt admit that this has conntributed to my debt! Has any one else had the same think happen to them?

Thanks lisa:(
