If you use Lycatel phonecards (eg Cobra cards) to phone overseas, as we do, and you are fed up with the avaliable minutes quoted at the start of the call being alot more than you actually are able to talk for during your call.......then complain to Ofcom. Lycatel have recently investigated by Ofcom (another poster on this site has posted the link to the BBC article) and been given notice to improve.Yet the problem still occurs! Ofcom are consulting the public at the moment.......NOW is the time to complain to Ofcom to make your voice heard. You are meant to phone Lycatel before complaining to Ofcom.....but to save you the hassle they (Lycatel) don't care and don't do anything....!

From Ofcom website:
If you want advice or to complain to Ofcom please call us on 0300 123 3333 or 020 7981 3040. We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
