Although as they've got you on their hook they will keep sending you demands for payment of varying amounts drawn up from the random invoice generator. The most they can claim from you in damages is whatever the parking rates are in the car-park. If it's a free carpark than all they can claim is zero0

The ONLY way it would go to court is if you wanted to prevent them from contacting you OR sue them for harassing you.
