Almost to court

I'm not scanning my original PCN as I can't find it at this moment.
Ticketed for parking without a ticket, in a car park with no ticket machine or instructions (When I later looked) regarding how to obtain one.
There are numerous signs which are barely visable as they are hidden and are coloured green...which don't attract attention.
I ignored it for two months and then finally got a "We've got your details"
Replied using template with photo's of the car park and the poor visibility of the signs even sat directly in front of one, you cant read it (from a car).
Wrote a letter stating my refusal to pay and sufficient reasons, however received a template "you still owe and we're not addressing your points"
At the bottom, stated "No more correspondence until you address the specific points" which hasn't been done.
Charge has now been passed to another body to try to steal from me and I have been in touch with them. They disagree with everything i've stated and have given me a fortnight to respond with "new evidence".
I've advised "Don't pass it to debt collection, go straight to court (thus saving me money if I don't win, which I'm sure I will)
So, what i'd like to ask is "Can someone just gimme a boost saying i'm doing the right thing" and anything I might have missed that makes it advisable to pay the increased fee?
Thanks for reading.

If the ticket is from a private parking company then ignore completely, the ticket is not enforcible, not legal as its a penalty, and the debt collector are toothless wonders.
So cease all correspondence with them , its no good speaking to them at all, they are just scamming you.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Please tell the name of the parking company and their tame debt collectors. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Stop contacting them. Don't even think about paying, and please tell us which bunch of scammers it is.0

After reading the "help and info" it states, dont give any info away...hence why there are no details.
Still want me to post details of both?0 -

Yes. Please tell the name of these people.
What you should not do is give information on here that might prove useful to the parking company in the very remote possibility that the case goes to court. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
First issuer CPS Midlands in a car park in Mansfield.

after reading consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?247906-Parking-Collection-Services-Limited i'm feeling alot more confident that they will pass the case to someone else. I'm just going to ignore everything now and wait for a court date/submission request.
Note to all - PCS (ltd) dont sign emails so you never know who you're talking to. I addressed this in an email to them "Dear anonymous email responder" and they replied, again without name. As mentioned, no more emails or replies of any sort.0 -
