Hi, sure that ive seen devices somewhere for backing up mobile sim cards, any ideas??

I got one on ebay.
Various traders from singapore sell them.
Mine connects via USB and some software that is provided with it.
Was a bit faffy for me as most of my names etc are stored on the phone memory not the sim card though.

My daughters just got a 3g phone with a 3 usim. Haven't seen it myself yet but is a usim different to a normal sim. Could she buy one of these things to get the numbers off her old ordinary sim and put onto the new usim?
I think there was some warning with her new phone not to put the usim in a normal phone

Ben, did you find an easy way of backing up the numbers in the phone's memory, I have the same, some have multiple numbers/email addresses etc, and are difficult to back-up to the SIM card0 -

when u say 3 usim do you mean 3g if so my 3g sim card is the same size as a normal sim, ive not tried my 3g sim in my sim card reader yet as i dont have a need toNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20
