Thanks CubeGame. Do you really need a car in LA? One of my friends went there and she doesn't drive and had no problems.
What other cities are there?
As some others has said, it's very spread out and public transport if pretty lacking.
I would suggest you look at San Diego if you want to stick to California. Pretty concentrated in terms of the attractions.
My other recommendations for cities on that side of the states would be Seattle or Denver. Both are pretty stunning places where you wouldn't need a car.0 -
We did the Golden Triangle many years ago with Jetsave, pre-internet. 7 nights LA, 4 nights Vegas and 3 nights SF all flights and transfers included.
I wouldn't go back to LA, but I constantly read good things about San Diego.
I would also suggest looking at United Vacations.0
