Stupid, stupid cat on keyboard. HELP!

My very lovely, but stupid cat sat on my laptop keyboard for a bit-not sure how long as my back was turned and I was making tea.

Now my computer is having issues. The images are big and fuzzy, I cant explain it, but I think you all will know what I mean... When the icons and everything get huge.

I have tried restarting, shutting it down for a while, and taking out the battery. Nothing works. It is still big and fuzzy--the screen that is, not my cat.

Any suggestions? I dont even know what it is called when it happens so I dont know how to search for a solution. Please any suggestions.

Are you talking about screen resolution, cos that is a talented cat ..

try right clicking on your desktop, and properties, there should be a slider to increase the resolution (PS always do the test when you change it). Try 1024x768.

My cat does this too, right now she is on the printer her other favourite place is the cable box. Has she turned on the settings for the people who find the pages hard to read, maybe changed the pixel settings ?? :rotfl:

uh, how do I do that?

I dont think it is the pixel setting or something like that. I have a hazy memory of it doing this in safe mode??? possibly.

Sorry, I am completely computer ignorant. To me it really is a glorified typewriter!
