quick for me. sent off application form on Friday, got phone call today from account opening dept to say id been accepted and got a £10k limit. asked if i wanted to do a bt there and then but i didnt have details to hand. phoned customer services back later but they didnt have details of account yet so i have to wait for my card to come.
just read posts by people saying their limits had been cut so i hope i can bt before they cut mine. did think it was a massive amount considering circumstances etc. once the bts done then its too late to cut the limit.0 -
Does anyone have contact etails for anyone else I can call about this? If I phone the number on their site, I always end up speaking to some pleb that can only tell me that my application has been processed and that I will receive written confirmation of the outcome within 7 days, despite it now being 13 working days later!!0
